Wendy Hall has over twenty years of experience in General Management in the high-tech outsourcing, professional services and human resource industries. Her areas of expertise include organizational assessment, leadership and management development, sales management, service process analysis, market analysis, strategic planning, customer satisfaction and retention.

Her passion and the key to her success has been an unfailing commitment to unleash the power of the human spirit inside organizations. She is adept at external and internal market and organization analysis to determine the root causes of poor business performance as they relate to the “people” and process aspects of the organization. She excels in being able to build the future design of an organization through the feedback of employees and customers and engaging them in participating in a smooth and upset-free implementation and change effort.

Her former customers include many recognized companies in the world today such as Cisco Systems, Apple Computer, National Semi-Conductor, Sony Entertainment and Sony Computers, Pioneer Electronics, Novell Corporation, Adobe, Silicon Graphics, Ebay, Seagate Technologies and Medtronics.

In 2003 Wendy left the corporate world to pursue her hearts path. She became a certified yoga teacher with the Yoga Teachers Alliance and opened Roots to Wings Yoga and Healing Center in Byfield, MA. She participated in her first Brain Education program in March 2007 and began to integrate the teachings of Brain Education into her studio’s curriculum offering classes, private consultations and workshops for adults and children. Her studio now boasts over 150 active and healthy students and has been rated the #1 studio on the North Shore of Boston.

She joined CGI as General Manager in October 2009 and looks forward to building a best-in-class spa, fitness and holistic healing facility. She holds a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University in Drama and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

She currently resides in Closter, NJ along with most of the staff from CGI and is happy that she is finally pronouncing “Closter” correctly.
