Apex Plus Level is designed for the fitness enthusiast who is looking for that next step in fitness instruction or for the individual with special needs or requirements. Our Apex Plus trainers have the high level experience to provide advanced guidance and instruction in weight training, body sculpting, and many other fitness trends. Apex Plus Level provides those with special needs the opportunity to train.

Apex Level
Apex Level has been created for the novice. Learn the basic principles of training, familiarize yourself with our equipment, and prepare yourself to enter a new level of fitness. Trainers at this level will guide you through many different exercises to help you attain your ultimate goals.

Sean McLearie
Sean McLearie has been a personal trainer for the past 5 years. He is certified through the American Council on Exercise and has more than 10 years experience in weight training and conditioning. He also provides nutritional consulting.

Jaspre Guest
Jaspre Guest has been with CGI since 1999. She is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She is also American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR certified. A trainer’s job is to motivate you, so personality and style are critical. Strength, endurance, and flexibility are three components that should be implemented in every exercise program. Jaspre is passionate about fitness for teens and has a rapport that keeps them interested and gets results. Jaspre customizes her exercise programs to suit each individual, regardless of age or fitness level. Her approach is truly individual and she offers results that will keep you pumped, mentally and physically. Jaspre’s roster includes men, women, and teenagers.
