Nicholas Fiorito has been practicing Dahn Yoga and DahnMuDo for over 4 years and karate and other martial art forms for over 7 years. He studied religion and spirituality, receiving a BA in Religious Studies from the University of California Santa Barbara and a Masters of Divinity degree from Harvard Divinity School where he did comparative work on Christian Theology and Oriental Mind/Body practices and Meditation.
While attending Harvard, Nicholas also engaged in extensive Dahn Yoga training. He graduated from the Dahn Healer School Basic course in October of 2006, and completed its Advanced Course in January 2007. In June of 2006 he successfully completed the 2nd American DahnMuDo School, and received his black belt in November of 2006. Finally, he completed Center Leadership and Management Training in May of 2007 and went on to work in Harvard Dahn Yoga Center. After two years as a manager in Boston he is pleased to join CGI Holistic Fitness.
Nicholas’s kind demeanor and caring touch, complemented by his strong, vigorous but gentle classes, have helped many students heal and improve their physical, mental, and emotional conditions. He excels at teaching basic classes, inspiring DMD workshops and private healing/instruction. He has keen insights on creating home exercises and other home care routines utilizing DahnMuDo to strengthen and grow mind and spirit. |
