* WEIGHT LOSS
CGI offers a four-level weight loss
and management system. each level can be completed separately, but the
greatest and most lasting effect can be achieved by completing all levels
of the six-month program. In this time the client will begin to regain
and rebalance the body's natural rhythms. The program is designed specifically
for the individual. After an initial consultation, a plan will be designed
that suits the character and needs of the client.
* PAIN RELIEF
Pain is a signal. We shouldn't mask
this signal. Instead, we should pay attention to it and resolve the
problem. The first step toward recovery is to reserve an appointment
at our Holistic Healing Center. One of our highly trained healers will
assess your condition and develop a plan for your healing. Many of our
members have gained profound relief from CGI's Holistic Healing, especially
when combined with Breathing and Relaxation techniques of our Dahn Yoga
Studio. Dahn Yoga practitioners learn how to activate their bodies'
own self-healing mechanisms. Those who experience this powerful training
are very happy with the ease at which they can achieve incredible results.
* STRENGTHENING
At CGI we can build strength in many
ways. If it is physical toning, muscle strength, or a cardiovascular
endurance you seek, our professional trainers and exercise instructors
are here to share their years of experience with you. Physical and cardiovascular
strength can also be achieved with our competition sized swimming pool.

* STRESS RELIEF
Why
are we feeling stress? In what ways does stress affect our body, mind
and emotions? Stress comes from all directions, from situations in our
daily life and from our fast-paced society. Although virtually unavoidable,
the effects of stress can, nonetheless, be neutralized. The important
thing is to maintain a healthy body and mind to offset the negative
impact of stress. When stress affects our body it literally attacks
our intestinal area. Everyone has felt "butterflies" in the
stomach. This sensation is that of the intestines becoming tense and
twisted, affecting our digestion and metabolism. Next our chest becomes
constricted, and our breathing becomes shallow. We become an easy target
for disease, anxiety, and depression. Through Holistic Healing and simple
stretching and breathing exercises, combined with energy meditation,
all stress is naturally released from the body leaving the practitioner
feeling relaxed, peaceful, and centered.
* KICKING HABITS
As
you enter into the Dahn Center all of your cares are left behind. Here
you will learn how to master your body using 100% of your energy. You
will learn, through very simple techniques, that body and mind are connected
through this energy. Disruptions in the mind/body connection can result
in seemingly impossible-to-kick habits. However, through regular Dahn
practice, you will learn to correct any disconnection in the mind/body
relationship. Once the body and mind's relationship is re-established
old, negative habits naturally diminish. You may choose either regular
Dahn practice or the more intensive and educational NHS training, to
become master of your body and mind.
