CGI Holistic Fitness attracts and retains best-in-class group fitness instructors who are changing the way the world thinks about fitness.

Each class provides unique music and passionate instructors who inspire and teach exhilarating workouts that more and more club members are making part of their regular fitness routine. We seek out and listen to the voice of our customers and continually add new class content and time - frames to satisfy everyone's schedules. Our studio is stocked with the latest in group exercise props and equipment to provide variety and fun to our group exercise experiences. Visitors to CGI may drop in for any class for $20/class.

Aerobics Classes

Aerobic activities help make your heart stronger and more efficient. These up-beat high energy classes are perfect for individuals who want to get a full workout in a great group fitness environment. Our specially trained Aerobics instructors lead a variety of classes like Cardio Sculpt, Tone & Sculpt, Fit Ball, Low Impact, Tabatha, etc. Come in and try one of our many Aerobic style classes and challenge yourself. Set short-term as well as long-term goals and celebrate every success, no matter how small or large.

Dance Classes

The types of dance classes offered in our Taorobics Studio include Waltzing, Line Dance, Belly Dance, Zumba, and Latin Dance. These classes are designed to build flexibility, strength, and endurance. Whether you are taking a dance class for a good workout or just for fun, it will definitely be a worthwhile experience.

Stretch/Relaxation Classes

Many people use stretching as a warm up exercise or also for cool down. But, for serious practitioners, it is a complete workout in itself. These classes prove beneficial in reducing stress, improving posture, and in strengthening the muscles. They also help to improve the flexibility of the body and enhance the range of motion of all body parts. We provide classes like Pilates, Hatha Yoga, and Yoga Flow.

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua aerobic activity is not just about swimming. It is a perfect exercise regimen for all fitness levels and goals. Aqua Aerobic exercises allow you to burn calories and build your strength and flexibility. The 90% buoyancy offered by the water causes less strain on your joints and muscles. It is not essential to be a swimmer to participate in our Aqua Aerobics classes. All of our "Aquacize" classes are held in our 25-yard heated indoor swimming pool.
