Aqua Aerobic activity is not just about swimming. It is a perfect exercise regimen for all fitness levels and goals. Aqua Aerobic exercises allow you to burn calories and build your strength and flexibility. The 90% buoyancy offered by the water, causes less strain on your joints and muscles. It is not essential to be a swimmer to participate in our Aqua Aerobics classes. All of our “Aquacize” classes are held in our 25-yard heated indoor swimming pool.
